Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy Zakopane, Zakopane

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful mountain view from the room was a definite highlight, but the extra charge for parking was a bit of a downside. The room got extremely hot, and it was evident that some updates were needed to enhance comfort.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit worn, were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, and the service was excellent. The location was fantastic, right next to the ski slopes with beautiful mountain views. However, the dining options were fair, not quite meeting expectations, and could use improvement. I enjoyed the facilities, particularly the convenience of being adjacent to the ski lift for easy access to Gubalowka hill.

The hotel is ideally located near the slopes with breathtaking mountain views. The rooms, although small and outdated, offer a view of the High Tatry mountains. The service was lacking with some instances of refusal and rudeness. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was exceptional. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel has a perfect location for skiing, with a slope right outside, and offers a regular bus service to nearby attractions. The breakfast is outstanding, making it the best choice we've ever had, and the entertainment for kids adds to the appeal. Although the customer service may not match UK standards, we found it family-friendly and will definitely stay there again.
