Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful mountain view from the room was a definite highlight, but the extra charge for parking was a bit of a downside. The room got extremely hot, and it was evident that some updates were needed to enhance comfort.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit worn, were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, and the service was excellent. The location was fantastic, right next to the ski slopes with beautiful mountain views. However, the dining options were fair, not quite meeting expectations, and could use improvement. I enjoyed the facilities, particularly the convenience of being adjacent to the ski lift for easy access to Gubalowka hill.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom layout was tight, but they were generally good. The service could be better in terms of accommodating guest requests, but the staff were always polite. The location was excellent for skiing and relaxation, with convenient access to ski facilities and a lovely terrace. Although the dining experience was not outstanding, the restaurant was a nice place to dine. Overall, it offered a decent value for the money.
The hotel is ideally located near the slopes with breathtaking mountain views. The rooms, although small and outdated, offer a view of the High Tatry mountains. The service was lacking with some instances of refusal and rudeness. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was exceptional. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel has a perfect location for skiing, with a slope right outside, and offers a regular bus service to nearby attractions. The breakfast is outstanding, making it the best choice we've ever had, and the entertainment for kids adds to the appeal. Although the customer service may not match UK standards, we found it family-friendly and will definitely stay there again.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were great - clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The service was very polite and professional, and they even prepared a delicious Rib Eye Steak cooked to perfection. The location was perfect for skiing, with a slope right outside, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had. However, the customer service wasn't as great, and it seemed better suited for families with young kids than those looking for a quiet getaway.
